Model: April Johnston Styling: An Le This was my first fashion shoot. It was freezing cold, but we managed. April was a really great, even in the short dress and open-toed heels she didn't complain any more than the rest of us. I'd like to do more of this (and I will) when it's warmer. I've got a few more from the shoot that I'll be putting up, but I haven't decided how many. Strobist: ABR Ringflash with 30" diffuser as a beauty light, high (very high) and to camera-left. Gridded and orange-gelled strobe low and behind model for rim lighting. Some light-painting with a flashlight during the 2-second ambient exposure to lighten up her black stockings. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
